DS Series Deep Type Buckets (Steel)

OUR BUCKETS' FEATURE 

Our steel buckets use high quality steel and deep stretching manufacturing process. Whole stamping no seamless and welding, have more strength andabrasion resistance.MATERIAL: carbon steel, stainless steel.

  • Whole stamping steel bucket adopts deep drawing processing lead to higher overall strength.

  • High temperature performance is outstanding, especially suitable for high temperature environment.

  • High surface hardness, suitable for conveying the very sharp material and large bulk material.

  • Can mixed use with plastic bucket, attention to balance problem

  • It is suitable for conveying bulk materials.

  •  Suitable for mixed discharge or gravity discharge.Recommended minimum bucket distance is "B" + 25 mm size, can be adjusted according to request of lifting capacity.Suggest hoist speed 2.5 meters/seconds or less, can adjust base on the pulley diameter size or throw food Angle.Recommended "(Z-Y)+10%" volume as available capacity of the engineering design.
